Summary
Later on pondering about it - there’s the agricultural layer missing from counts. But I detected no hiccups for PostGIS to query nor QGIS to render the 69+ million points or draw the graphs.
Counting all the vertices and their E,N-distribution for a vector tiles input dataset I built about a year ago.
